Dear participants:

Thank you for register the 9th annual meeting of the Asian Society of Conservation Medicine (ASCM). It is certainly our honor to have you with us for this incoming workshop.

Please allow me for several reminding:

1.    The registration fee for the meeting will be 150 USD for general and 50 USD for student. For local participants, please follow the student rate. If you have registered the post meeting excursion, the fee will be 30 USD(Mioli County Huoyanshan Ecological Education Center or Yangmingshan National Park). You could either pay online before 7 Oct through this link:

https://qr.allpay.com.tw/Oktpk, or pay on your arrival at the conference register desk. The interface of our website for payment is showed in Mandarin Chinese, you can follow the attached English version of instruction to make the payment.  

2.    If you need to book Holiday Inn, please do download the attached PDF and send it back to: Samantha before 30 Sep. We could not save the room with discount rate after 30 Sep. Thank you in advance for your help.

Annemarie Weegenaar is the Bear & Vet team Director at Animals Asia’s bear rescue centre in Tam Dao, Vietnam. Here she is heading up the veterinary and bear team who are taking care of the 112 rescued bears. Annemarie has worked for Animals Asia for eight years, working between the rescue centres in China and Vietnam. She has a Bachelor of Science Animal Management degree as well as experience working with bears at rescue facilities in Malaysia and Indonesia.
